Materials are accepted for publication until September 14, 2020.
Scientific articles corresponding to the specialization of the conference and possessing scientific novelty are accepted for publication.
It is not allowed to send to the organizing committee already published articles or articles sent for publication to other publications.
Articles should be typed in the publisher template.
The structure of the article (in accordance with IMRAD). The following sections should be highlighted:
2. Materials and methods (Materials and Methods);
3. Results and Discussion;
4. Conclusions (Conclusion);
5. Acknowledgments - an optional element.
The above sections are required. Within these sections, sub-items can be highlighted and named at the discretion of the authors.
The results presented in the article should be formulated in the form of scientific provisions that clearly define the essence of the contribution to science.
The procedure for accepting materials for publication
Before sending an article for translation, you need to send the source material in Russian to the organizing committee. We strongly recommend that you do not translate the article until the end of the peer-review procedure, as in most cases, corrections to the work are made after it.
Work with articles is carried out according to the following scheme:
1. Registration of an article
2. Check for uniqueness (originality)
review 4. Translation of an article
5. Conclusion of an agreement for registration fee
6. Sending confirmation of acceptance of an article for publication
When the status of the article changes, a message is sent to the correspondent author. Uniqueness check (anti-plagiarism) results in articles with originality of 75% and higher. When reviewing, the article evaluates the compliance of the article with the requirements for publication and conference topics, the relevance of research.
Articles are published in English only. The article should be written in a language understood by a specialist in the relevant field. Compliance of the English translation with the requirements is made by native speakers and professional translators.
Scientific articles (reports) should contain:
- information about the authors (Surname, Initials; place of work, city, country; email address);
- An annotation in the amount of 100 to 150 words;
- list of references (the minimum number is 8 references in addition to self-citations, the presence of references to Scopus, Web of Science publications is mandatory).
References to the sources used should be arranged in the order of mention in the text in the format , [2-6], [3, 5, 7]. Links to unpublished articles should not be given. Request links to Russian-language articles (magazines), which have a translated name, to make immediately in English.
The volume of the article: 5-6 full pages BY TEMPLATE (font size 10 pt, single spacing).
The number of articles that the author can publish in the collection is no more than two.
The number of authors in one article is no more than five.
The size of the registration fee is 15000 rubles. (for 1 article in the collection of materials of the conference “BIO Web of Conferences”, Web of science).
Translation service (if necessary) - 500 rubles. for 1 conditional page (1800 characters with spaces).
Payment of registration fee and transfer (if necessary) is possible both from an individual and from a legal entity.
Payment of the registration fee is necessary only after the conclusion of the agreement on the organization of publication. Please note that if the registration fee is not received on time, your report will not be published.
